 INTRODUCTION: What does Christ’s deliverance look like?

IV. WE MUST SPEAK OF THE SAVIOR.

  1. Why do you think people are so infatuated with the new and novel?
  2. Why do you think people become so interested in the demonic/occult?
  3. The responses of others reveal the surpassing glory of Jesus. How did others respond to him?
  4. In what ways has sexual immorality become codified in our land? Why do you think this is so? What does this say about us as a people?
  5. What should we prize as an antidote to the pervasive sexual immorality today?
  6. Does “self-control” sound inviting and interesting to you? Why or why not?
  7. How did Freud’s ideas turn people against self-control?
  8. The first fruit of the Spirit is love. How warm and strong your love for Christ? What do you think might warm it up?
