- Why do you think Jesus “marveled” at the unbelief of his townsfolk?
- What did the leaders of the enlightenment seek to convince people of? How successful do you think they were? What one fact made their deception acceptable to many? What impact has this deception had on you?
- How did the people of Jesus’ hometown seek to diminish or downplay the amazing truth? Why did they do so?
- What did the people of Nazareth NOT try to deny? Why not?
- Why do unbelievers frequently fall into scoffing and mocking?
